Physical Assessment
We start off the bike. Andrea assesses your flexibility, range of motion, injury history, and riding goals to establish a biomechanical baseline before touching a single bolt.

On-Bike Fit
With you on the bike, Andrea makes precise adjustments to saddle height, fore/aft, handlebar reach and drop, cleat position, and more — while you pedal in real time.

Performance Plan
After the fit, you receive a complete written report with all measurements, tailored exercises to improve posture and performance, and a follow-up check-in plan.
